The conditions of sale that apply to our wine tours, tastings and stays, in English and in French.

Terms and conditions of sale

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Organising company

Planète Grands Crus, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 753 164 631, with its registered office at 34 allées de Tourny, 33000 Bordeaux, France, provides wine tourism services, wine tours, tastings and excursions in the Bordeaux vineyards.

Gigi Wine Tour is a brand of Planète Grands Crus.

2. Services offered

Planète Grands Crus offers in particular:

  • exclusively private wine tours, from 2 guests and with no maximum, within the limits of what can be organised;
  • half-day or full-day excursions;
  • château visits and guided tastings;
  • tailor-made tours in the Bordeaux vineyards;
  • services including transport by minivan;
  • wine tourism stays and personalised experiences;
  • wine advice and guidance.

The exact content of each service is specified in the quote, the booking or the description sheet.

3. Booking

A booking becomes firm and final after the client’s written confirmation and receipt of a deposit, or of full payment when requested.

Some visits of wine estates are subject to confirmation by the partner châteaux.

Some wine tour packages can be booked online. Their programme is set by Gigi Wine Tour: the châteaux visited and the wines tasted are chosen by us.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated.

Prices only include the services mentioned in the description or the quote. Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:

  • personal expenses;
  • wine purchases;
  • personal insurance;
  • meals or services not mentioned.

5. Payment

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash, credit card, partner platforms or any other means accepted by Planète Grands Crus.

A deposit may be requested to confirm the booking.

For bookings made through partner platforms (GetYourGuide, etc.), the payment and cancellation conditions of the platform concerned apply first.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation by the client:

  • more than 7 days before the service: refund, excluding the deposit;
  • between 7 days and 72 hours before: 50% of the total amount may be retained;
  • less than 72 hours before, or no-show: 100% of the amount is due.

Cancellation by Planète Grands Crus: a postponement or a refund will be offered in the event of force majeure or if the service cannot be provided.

7. Late arrival

The client must arrive at the time indicated at booking.

After 30 minutes without news from the client, the service may be considered cancelled.

8. Transport

Services may include transport by minivan with a driver.

The client agrees to respect the vehicle and the safety instructions.

9. Liability

Planète Grands Crus cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, the loss of personal belongings or incidents resulting from the client’s behaviour.

The consumption of alcohol during tastings remains the responsibility of the participants.

10. Insurance

Planète Grands Crus holds professional liability insurance covering its activity.

It is up to the client to take out any additional personal insurance they consider useful.

11. Personal data

Information collected during bookings is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship, in accordance with the GDPR. Find out more in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.

Conditions générales de vente

1. Société organisatrice

La société Planète Grands Crus, SARL unipersonnelle (EURL), immatriculée au RCS de Bordeaux sous le numéro 753 164 631, dont le siège social est situé au 34 allées de Tourny, 33000 Bordeaux, propose des prestations œnotouristiques, wine tours, dégustations et excursions dans le vignoble bordelais.

Gigi Wine Tour est une marque de la société Planète Grands Crus.

2. Prestations proposées

Planète Grands Crus propose notamment :

  • wine tours exclusivement privés, à partir de 2 personnes et sans maximum, dans la limite de ce que nous pouvons organiser ;
  • excursions demi-journée ou journée complète ;
  • visites de châteaux et dégustations commentées ;
  • circuits sur mesure dans les vignobles bordelais ;
  • prestations avec transport en minivan ;
  • séjours œnotouristiques et expériences personnalisées ;
  • conseil et accompagnement autour du vin.

Le contenu exact de chaque prestation est précisé dans le devis, la réservation ou la fiche descriptive.

3. Réservation

La réservation devient ferme et définitive après validation écrite du client et réception d’un acompte ou du règlement total lorsque celui-ci est demandé.

Certaines visites de propriétés viticoles sont soumises à confirmation des châteaux partenaires.

Certaines formules de wine tour sont réservables en ligne. Leur programme est défini par Gigi Wine Tour : le choix des châteaux visités et des vins dégustés nous appartient.

4. Tarifs

Les prix sont indiqués en euros TTC sauf mention contraire.

Les tarifs comprennent uniquement les prestations mentionnées dans le descriptif ou le devis. Ne sont pas inclus sauf indication contraire :

  • dépenses personnelles ;
  • achats de vin ;
  • assurances personnelles ;
  • repas ou prestations non mentionnés.

5. Modalités de paiement

Le règlement peut être effectué par virement bancaire, espèces, carte bancaire, plateformes partenaires ou tout autre moyen accepté par Planète Grands Crus.

Un acompte peut être demandé afin de confirmer la réservation.

Dans le cadre des réservations via des plateformes partenaires (GetYourGuide, etc.), les conditions de paiement et d’annulation de la plateforme concernée s’appliquent prioritairement.

6. Conditions d’annulation

Annulation par le client :

  • plus de 7 jours avant la prestation : remboursement hors acompte ;
  • entre 7 jours et 72 h avant : 50 % du montant total peut être conservé ;
  • moins de 72 h avant ou absence : 100 % du montant est dû.

Annulation par Planète Grands Crus : un report ou un remboursement sera proposé en cas de force majeure ou d’impossibilité de réalisation.

7. Retards

Le client doit se présenter à l’heure indiquée lors de la réservation.

Au-delà de 30 minutes sans nouvelles du client, la prestation pourra être considérée comme annulée.

8. Transport

Les prestations peuvent inclure un transport en minivan avec chauffeur.

Le client s’engage à respecter le véhicule et les consignes de sécurité.

9. Responsabilité

Planète Grands Crus ne pourra être tenue responsable des retards liés à la circulation, des pertes d’effets personnels ou des incidents résultant du comportement du client.

La consommation d’alcool durant les dégustations reste sous la responsabilité des participants.

10. Assurance

Planète Grands Crus dispose d’une assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle couvrant son activité.

Il appartient au client de souscrire toute assurance personnelle complémentaire qu’il juge utile.

11. Données personnelles

Les informations collectées lors des réservations sont utilisées uniquement dans le cadre de la relation commerciale, conformément au RGPD. Pour en savoir plus, consultez notre politique de confidentialité.

12. Droit applicable

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente sont soumises au droit français.

En cas de litige, les tribunaux compétents de Bordeaux seront seuls compétents.
